If the App lets you select languages, save favorite phrases, or contact us for support, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as your preferred languages, saved or favorited phrases, and any details you include in a support request.

Because Travel Phrasebook Offline is designed to work without an internet connection for everyday use, the data we collect automatically is limited. It may include:

• Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language and locale settings.
• Usage data: features used (such as which language packs are accessed), session duration, and crash or error logs, collected only when the device has connectivity.

1.3 Information we do not collect

The App does not require access to your contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone to function, and we do not collect this information. Audio in the App consists of pre-recorded phrase pronunciations played back on your device; we do not record or capture your voice.

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver offline phrase content, audio pronunciations, and phonetic guides within the App.
• To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve app performance.
• To understand aggregate usage trends so we can prioritize languages and features.
• To respond to support requests, if you contact us.

3. Third-Party Services

Travel Phrasebook Offline relies on a small number of third-party service providers, used only when the device has connectivity. These providers process limited data on our behalf, governed by their own privacy policies:

• Analytics and crash reporting: tools such as Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may be used to understand app performance and usage, and to diagnose crashes.
• Advertising: if the App displays advertising, an ad network such as Google AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
